We take complete care to ensure our inventory is always up to date, if however the item you have selected has sold out between updates of stock availability on our website we will contact you immediately by phone or email to advise you of a new delivery time frame.
Please understand that a delay may occur if your credit card was declined or if your address requires verification due to insufficient information.

From Rate $50 (we will email you with a quote when we receive your order, we do not process any payments until you have approved the shipping quote).
*This does not include any furniture, bulky items, original art or framed art. We will contact the purchaser prior to processing the order to quote a delivery price based on size of item, delivery location and availability. Free shipping for orders over $150 does not apply to Trade Accounts.
Furniture, Rugs, Bulky Items and Original/Framed Art
When placing an order for furniture, rugs, bulky items and original/framed art pieces we will contact the purchaser with a quote for shipping. Shipping will be based on the size of the item, delivery location and we will also confirm availability or estimated delivery time. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to all International destinations and will do our best to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Please note however that you may be liable for the destination country's import taxes. Customs and import taxes are levied when a parcel reaches its destination and we have no control over these charges.
Delivery is typically 10 business days, depending on which country the parcel is being delivered to. Please contact us by email at hello@establishedfordesign.com.au prior to placing an order for an international shipping quote.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
It is very important to us that our carefully crafted products and sometimes limited editions or one offs arrive safely so we take great care to ensure your order is packed in a protected manner. If an order unfortunately arrived damaged we will try to replace your purchase if it is possible. We do require that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of damaged package by email at hello@establishedfordesign.com.au with a description of damage and also a digital image of the damage. We will access the damage on a case-by-case basis and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
