Furniture, Rugs, Bulky Items and Original/Framed Art
When placing an order for furniture, rugs, bulky items and original/framed art pieces we will contact the purchaser with a quote for shipping. Shipping will be based on the size of the item, delivery location and we will also confirm availability or estimated delivery time. SHIPPING DAMAGE
It is very important to us that our carefully crafted products and sometimes limited editions or one offs arrive safely so we take great care to ensure your order is packed in a protected manner. If an order unfortunately arrived damaged we will try to replace your purchase if it is possible. We do require that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of damaged package by email at hello@establishedfordesign.com.au with a description of damage and also a digital image of the damage. We will access the damage on a case-by-case basis and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
