Returns PolicyIn the unlikely event that the goods you ordered do not meet your expectations you must advise us via email email@example.com within 7 days from receipt of goods.

We are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. You can choose a refund or exchange for the following:
- product is unsafe
- product is significantly different from the photo or description
- product doesn’t do what we said it would
On occassion you may choose to keep the damaged item with compensation at an agreed price.
We do not accept any change of mind, refund or exchanges for our original artworks.
Earrings, food items, skin care or body products can not be returned or exchanged due to health regulations and is a strict store policy.Established for Design does not refund shipping costs.
