By registering you agree that you are over the age of 18.
Delivery/Shipping
Orders are shipped within 48hours of order confirmation.
We take complete care to ensure our inventory is always up to date, if however the item you have selected has sold out between updates of stock availability on our website we will contact you immediately by phone or email to advise you of a new delivery time frame.
Please understand that a delay may occur if your credit card was declined or if your address requires verification due to insufficient information.

We do not ship to Postal Box addresses.
International Orders
Delivery is typically 3-10 business days, depending on which country the parcel is being delivered to. This service is not registered and therefore cannot be tracked. If you would like to use a registered service, please contact us by email at anna@establishedfordesign.com.au prior to placing an order for a registered package shipping quote.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards or bank transfer via the security of Paypal.
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. All prices shown exclude delivery costs.
SSL Security
Established for Design is powered by Shopify. Shopify stores include a 128 bit SSL certificate that's used by the store shopping cart. As well, Shopify's ecommerce hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.
Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed by us there can be no cancellation. Established for Design reserves the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent.
Returns
In the unlikely event that the goods you ordered do not meet your expectations you must advise us within 7 days from receipt of goods.If an item is received with damaged please see Shipping Damage below for terms and conditions.
We are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. You can choose a refund or exchange for the following:
- product is unsafe
- product is significantly different from the photo or description
- product doesn’t do what we said it would
On occassion you may choose to keep the item with compensation at an agreed price.
Established for Design does not refund shipping costs.
Shipping Damage
It is very important to us that our carefully crafted products and sometimes limited editions or one offs arrive safely so we take great care to ensure your order is packed in a protected manner. If an order unfortunately arrived damaged we will try to replace your purchase if it is possible. We do require that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of damaged package by email at anna@establishedfordesign.com.au with a description of damage and also a digital image of the damage. We will access the damage on a case-by-case basis and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
